Uygulama, Google Play üzerinden sunulan ücretsiz deneme süresi sonrasında abonelik gerektirebilir. Deneme süresi sona erdiğinde aktif abonelik bulunmaması durumunda uygulama kullanılamaz.
Tüm ödeme ve iptal işlemleri Google Play üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Abonelik iptali, kullanıcının Google Play hesabı üzerinden yapılmalıdır.
Uygulama tarafından sunulan OCR, görüntü işleme ve PDF oluşturma özellikleri %100 doğruluk garantisi vermez. Oluşturulan içeriklerin doğruluğundan ve kullanımından kullanıcı sorumludur.
Examer, kullanıcıların kendi sağladıkları içerikler üzerinden belge ve PDF oluşturmasına imkân tanıyan bir araçtır. Geliştirici, kullanıcılar tarafından oluşturulan içerikleri incelemez, denetlemez veya kontrol etmez.
Uygulama kullanılarak oluşturulan tüm içeriklerin sorumluluğu kullanıcıya aittir. Bu kapsamda telif hakları, fikri mülkiyet hakları ve yürürlükteki mevzuata uyum kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Kullanıcılar tarafından oluşturulan telifli, yasa dışı veya yetkisiz içeriklerden geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulama içeriği kullanıcının cihazında saklanır. Cihaz kaynaklı veri kayıplarından geliştirici sorumlu değildir.
Bu kullanım şartları önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın güncellenebilir.
Examer uygulaması satılmamaktadır, lisanslanmaktadır. Kullanıcıya, bu şartlara uygun olarak uygulamayı kullanması için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı verilir.
